1. Who you’re dealing with

StillAcre is made by Aldur LLC (“we,” “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Aldur LLC. By downloading or using StillAcre you also agree to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to all App Store apps; Apple is not a party to these terms but may enforce them as a third-party beneficiary. If these terms and Apple’s standard EULA conflict, Apple’s standard EULA controls.

2. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play StillAcre on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as permitted by the App Store terms. The app, its pixel art, characters, world, music, writing, code, and the StillAcre name all belong to Aldur LLC. We don’t sell you the app; we license it to you, and everything you grow inside it is yours to enjoy within the game.

3. The subscription

• What it is: A StillAcre subscription is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks Focus sessions: app and website shielding during a session, the Focus countdown and Live Activity, and Focus minutes that advance your grove. It does not sell land, crops, currency, or individual game objects.
• Pricing: Available plans, your local price, billing period, and any eligible introductory offer are shown in the app and Apple purchase confirmation before you subscribe. Prices and offers may vary by region and eligibility. From time to time we may offer promotional pricing; the App Store always shows the exact price before you confirm.
• Three-day annual trial: Some eligible new subscribers may be offered three days free on the annual plan. Trial availability depends on the offer shown in the app and eligibility determined by Apple. If you accept the trial, the annual subscription begins and your Apple Account is charged the localized annual price shown before confirmation when the three-day trial ends, unless you cancel before the trial expires. A hard-paywall version may offer the same annual plan without a trial.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions are billed to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Canceling: Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Access after the demo: An active subscription is required to access the full game and its subscription features after the onboarding demo.
• Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.

4. Screen Time features

StillAcre’s app-shielding works only with permissions you grant through Apple’s own consent screens, and you can revoke them at any time in iOS Settings. You choose which apps to shield and for how long; you remain responsible for how you use your device. StillAcre is a gentle aid for your own attention goals. It is not a parental-control, medical, therapeutic, or safety product, and you should not rely on it as one.

5. Your save and optional Friends account

Your complete grove is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping your device backed up, and we cannot recover a complete grove from a device we never had access to. Friends is an optional social account, not cloud save. If you enable it with Apple, StillAcre stores the public username you choose, a limited public gameplay snapshot, allowlisted avatar, Grove Level, relationships, invitations, blocks, and safety records through Firebase so accepted friends can find one another and view one another’s farms. A Friends account cannot restore your local save. You may remove or block a friend, report a farm, or delete the online Friends account from the app without deleting your local village or canceling a subscription.

6. What you may not do

• Copy, resell, rent, or redistribute the app or its art, characters, music, or writing.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app, except where the law says we can’t stop you.
• Circumvent subscription entitlements or tamper with purchase verification.
• Use a username or farm layout that is hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, profane, impersonating, or otherwise abusive; abuse invitations; harass other players; attempt to access accounts or farms you are not authorized to view; or submit false or malicious safety reports.
• Use the app in ways that break the law or Apple’s terms.

7. Ending things

You can stop using StillAcre at any time. Delete an optional Friends account from Friends › Account & safety, delete local village data from Settings, and cancel any subscription in Apple Account Subscriptions; deleting the app alone does not cancel billing or guarantee deletion of an online Friends account. We may restrict or delete social access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect players, comply with law, or enforce these terms. We may end your license if you materially break these terms. Sections 5 through 9 survive any ending of these terms.

8. Warranty and liability

StillAcre is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, Aldur LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of fifty U.S. dollars or the amounts you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your home country, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes will be dated at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
