Terms of Use

The plain-language deed.

These terms cover your use of the Stillacre app. We keep them short and honest, like the grove.

1. Who you’re dealing with

Stillacre is made by Aldur LLC (“we,” “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Aldur LLC. By downloading or using Stillacre you also agree to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to all App Store apps; Apple is not a party to these terms but may enforce them as a third-party beneficiary. If these terms and Apple’s standard EULA conflict, Apple’s standard EULA controls.

2. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Stillacre on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as permitted by the App Store terms. The app, its pixel art, characters, world, music, writing, code, and the Stillacre name all belong to Aldur LLC. We don’t sell you the app; we license it to you, and everything you grow inside it is yours to enjoy within the game.

3. The subscription

  • What it is: Stillacre Plus is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks Focus sessions: app and website shielding during a session, the Focus countdown and Live Activity, and Focus minutes that advance your grove. It does not sell land, crops, currency, or individual game objects.
  • Pricing: $29.99 per year or $3.99 per week. Prices are in U.S. dollars; your local price is shown in the App Store before you subscribe and may vary by region. From time to time we may offer promotional pricing; the App Store always shows the exact price before you confirm.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions are billed to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Canceling: Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • What you keep: Your complete valley, farm, progress, and everything you built remain accessible if Plus lapses. Starting new Focus sessions and earning new Focus-to-grove growth require an active subscription.
  • Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.

4. Screen Time features

Stillacre’s app-shielding works only with permissions you grant through Apple’s own consent screens, and you can revoke them at any time in iOS Settings. You choose which apps to shield and for how long; you remain responsible for how you use your device. Stillacre is a gentle aid for your own attention goals. It is not a parental-control, medical, therapeutic, or safety product, and you should not rely on it as one.

5. Your save data

Your grove is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). We do not operate a game-account or cloud-save service and keep no copy of your grove; Apple and RevenueCat provide the subscription infrastructure. You are responsible for keeping your device backed up, and the in-app export exists so you can keep your own copies. We cannot recover a grove from a device we never had access to.

6. What you may not do

  • Copy, resell, rent, or redistribute the app or its art, characters, music, or writing.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app, except where the law says we can’t stop you.
  • Circumvent subscription entitlements or tamper with purchase verification.
  • Use the app in ways that break the law or Apple’s terms.

7. Ending things

You can stop using Stillacre at any time by deleting the app; if you have a subscription, cancel it in Settings first, since deleting doesn’t cancel billing. We may end your license if you materially break these terms. Sections 5 through 9 survive any ending of these terms.

8. Warranty and liability

Stillacre is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, Aldur LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of fifty U.S. dollars or the amounts you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your home country, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes will be dated at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
