Ready to plant.

Pomodoro 1, strawberry

Seed

Focus to grow your strawberry.

cycle: 1

The short answer

A free ADHD Pomodoro timer that gives you something for focusing.

Plain countdowns never did much for me. This one grows a real StillAcre plant while you focus. Work for 25 minutes, take 5, and after four rounds take 20. Focus grows crops. Breaks grow chamomile and lavender.

  1. 1

    Focus for 25

Pick one thing. While you do it, a real StillAcre plant grows.

  2. 2

    Take the break

Seriously. Short breaks grow chamomile. Long breaks grow lavender.

  3. 3

    Do it again

Start the next crop when you are ready. There is no streak hanging over you.

Why I made this

My phone is a black hole. A plain timer was never going to beat it.

I have ADHD. Picking up my phone gives me a reward instantly. Putting it down usually gives me nothing. I wanted to flip that.

This is the tiny version of the idea. StillAcre is the full game. It can shield the apps you choose, and every minute away from your phone moves a whole cozy farming world forward.

Questions

A few things you probably want to know

Is the StillAcre Pomodoro timer free?

Yes. No signup. No account. No weird paid timer mode.

Is this an ADHD Pomodoro timer?

Yes. I have ADHD, and I made it for the exact moment when a timer is technically enough, but my brain still needs a reason to start. It is a focus tool, not medical treatment.

How does the Pomodoro cycle work?

Do one thing for 25 minutes. Take 5. After four focus sessions, take a longer 20-minute break. Then start again. That is the loop. The official method also covers planning and interruptions, if you want the full thing: the creator's overview and Oregon State's practical summary.

Does it keep running in another tab?

Yes. Start it, leave the tab, and it keeps accurate time. Reopen the page in the same browser and an active session picks up where it should.

Does this website block distracting apps?

No. Websites cannot use Apple's Screen Time controls. The StillAcre iPhone app can shield the apps you choose during a focus session.
